COVID-19 Protocols for 2022 Clients
Our team takes COVID-19 seriously, the health of our team and clients is paramount! We are taking extra health precautions: hand washing, sanitizing, and use of filtered face masks. We ask our team and clients to use sanitizer before and after sessions. Clients are not able to wear masks once sessions begin and our sessions are very hands-on, so please, follow our requirements below as our team does.
Required! A negative COVID-19 test result is required prior to your shoot date. Quick-turnaround, free testing is widely available and takes very little time to schedule and take. Please be sure to schedule your test appointment within 3 days prior to your shoot date, keeping in mind the turnaround time. Please quarantine after testing. If you prefer to use an at-home box test: Bring your box test to the studio on shoot day and you can take it before signing in. Be sure to wear a mask when you arrive. This method ensures that you took the test since box tests do not identify who took it.
If you have any questions regarding testing, please let us know. If you haven't taken one already, it's so much easier than it sounds!
If you have had a COVID-19 vaccine we do still require a negative test result. If you are sick or have been sick (or have been near someone who has been sick) with COVID-19 symptoms within 12 days of your reserved shoot date please let us know so we can postpone your session. We ask that those working in health care (direct COVID-19 frontlines) to please postpone your session. If you are visiting us from out of town be sure to schedule your COVID-19 test in Tucson, not before you have traveled.
If you would like to postpone/reschedule due to any of the conditions mentioned above: You have the option to reschedule to a later date -or- we can mark your session as postponed and arrange to reschedule later.
We ask individual sessions to please not bring more than one guest. A negative COVID-19 test result is required for guests. Thank you for your understanding.
All currently booked sessions are subject to be postponed at anytime due to a COVID-19 interruption. Any COVID-19 related interruptions will not result in any rescheduling fees. We understand that sessions are very much something to look forward to! For those postponing, we promise, your belated session will be just as fun! We look forward to having you!
